Planning & Preparing

Web-site / Invitations — Starting with a “Save-the-Date”, to customized registration web-sites, sending invitations & following up with friendly reminders, we handle it all.

Registration / Logistics — Whether it’s for attendees or exhibitors, we will manage, track & record all registrations, plus capture the information needed for travel, room reservations, etc.

Travel & Accommodations — We can coordinate all air travel & ground transportation needs, as well as create, manage & submit rooming lists.

Food & Beverage Management — We can create the ideal menu based on the event and theme, project costs and coordinate tastings.

Exhibitor Management — We can correspond with exhibitors, record & track all booth sales, invoicing, sponsorship programs and more.

Trade Show — We coordinate, create & manage trade show floor plans, booth placement, security, equipment & supply rentals, approvals, shipping and delivery.

Event Schedule — We can create and manage agendas, timelines and individualized attendee schedules.

VIPS / Guests — We can assist with VIP’s, guests, corporate gifts & amenities, special requests, etc.

Event Materials — Create conference collateral, conference apps, badges, coordinate shipping and manage giveaways.

Event Management

On-site Event Management — Act as liaison between venue & client to manage meeting space, streamline the event registration process, food & beverage, audio visual & other in-house suppliers.

Off-site Event Management — Whether it’s a VIP dinner or a large closing night event, we will handle everything from venue contracts, food & beverage planning, ground transportation, entertainment, décor, and activities.


Post Event Services — Event evaluation, surveys, final review of invoices and budget reconciliation.
